Group 2: Mon-Fri 3:30-4:45
Group 3: Mon-Fri 2:30-3:30
Diving 4:45-6:00

Group 1: will consist of the top 30 swimmers on the team (excluding those swimmers who will be training with their club teams). This group will be chosen based on criteria such as speed, training, attitude, and other subjective qualities. These will be Varsity level swimmers as well as those who aspire to be on Varsity.

Group 2:
will consist of JV and Frosh/Soph swimmers who are familiar with all 4 strokes and can do them legally. This group will also be for those swimmers with 6th period class. This group will do the same as Group 1, but on easier intervals and with a few less yards.

Group 3:
will be those swimmers who are new to the sport and need additional help learning strokes and basic skills. They will begin practicing in the shallow end and will get specialized attention from all coaches. These swimmers may move up to other groups as soon as they are ready to complete interval training practices.

Diving:
All those students/athletes interested in Diving are encouraged to try it out.

Morning and Saturday Workouts:
There will be some opportunities to attend Morning and Saturday practices. These practices will be announced and will be supplemental to your schedule practices. There will be many of these opportunities during the conditioning and heavy training weeks of the season.

ONLY A NOTE FROM A PARENT OR DOCTOR WILL EXCUSE YOU FROM PRACTICE!
If you do not show up to afternoon practice, you must clear it with the attendance office as you will be marked absent.
