Group 2: will consist of JV and Frosh/Soph swimmers who are familiar with all 4 strokes and can do them legally. This group will also be for those swimmers with 6th period class. This group will do the same as Group 1, but on easier intervals and with a few less yards. Group 3: will be those swimmers who are new to the sport and need additional help learning strokes and basic skills. They will begin practicing in the shallow end and will get specialized attention from all coaches. These swimmers may move up to other groups as soon as they are ready to complete interval training practices. Diving: All those students/athletes interested in Diving are encouraged to try it out.
