We are starting a new swim schedule
-Now that we are in swim a few new rules apply
* you are allowe 2 sick days after that DOCTORS note is REQUIRED!

1:40pm - 3:30pm	Girls  &  Non-H20 boys (A has no afternoon)	AAA AAAE	Boys  &  Non-H20 Girls (A-Dryland)	AAA AAAE A has no afternoon	Girls & Non-H20 Boys AA has no  afternoon
3:00pm - 5:00pm	Boys Polo	A &  AA	Girls Polo	AA	Boys Polo

DIVING DAILY FROM 4:30pm - 6:30pm

*Remember that all athletes should have DRYLAND & SWIM CLOTHES @ every practice*

Divers must be @ swim practice once a week

There will be SPRING BREAK PRACTICE & you will be REQUIRED to attend a cetain number of them.

There will be stroke clinics twice during the season on Saturday that you will be required to attend as well.

Fri 5/15- CIF Divison II Prelim - Belmont 10:00
Sat 5/16- CIF Divsion II Finals - Belmont 10:00

If for any reason you are not able to make a practice you need to check out/in through the office!

NOCWP club number is 173.
